OUR STORY
Over 35 years ago, I began my journey to build a company to help others organize and execute Garage and Estate sales. My experience is grass roots beginning with running my own family's garage sales and then expanding out to assist friends and neighbors. I have mastered planning, organization, and customer service skills to become a successful entrepeneur. My passion lies in the reward I receive from executing successful events and seeing the win-win situation that occurs when a customer discovers an unexpected treasure and my client ends with a profit and space. 

SERVICES & COST

GARAGE SALES

  • Planning: $40 an hour

    • Includes planning, inventorying, organizing, pricing, and set-up 

  • Hosting: 30% commission of total sales

    • Includes in-person oversight and execution of customer interactions, discussions, sales, and clean-up and breakdown​

 

ESTATE SALES

  • Hosting: 40% commission of total sales

    • Includes item pricing and in-person oversight and execution of customer interactions, discussions, sales, and clean-up and breakdown​

MARKETING
  • Included in both Garage & Estate Sales

    • Pricing and displaying items 

    • Advertising event online and in newspaper

    • Posting event signage around neighborhood

 

AFTER EVENT

  • Box or bag items for donation

    • Included in cost

We Advertise your Garage or Estate Sale for you!  (newspaper ads, online websites, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)

Any permits required are the responsibility of the home owner.

We box/bag your items after the event and schedule a donation pickup for you!
